These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of www.okami-capital.com (the “Website”), operated by Okami Capital Management Ltd (“Okami”, the “Company”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Website you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Website.
1. Who we are.
Okami Capital Management Ltd is a company incorporated in the Republic of Mauritius under the Companies Act 2001 (Business Registration Number 231491), with its registered office at 8th Floor, Ebene Tower, 52, Cybercity, Ebene, Republic of Mauritius.
Okami is licensed and regulated by the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius (the “FSC”) and is authorised under the Securities Act 2005 to provide investment and brokerage services (FSC Licence No. GB25205457). Our regulatory status can be verified on the FSC's register of licensees at www.fscmauritius.org.
2. Changes to these Terms.
We may change these Terms at any time by publishing a revised version on this page. Changes take effect when published, and your continued use of the Website after that date means you accept them. Please check this page regularly.
3. Who the Website is for.
The investment services and information on this Website are not targeted at residents outside the Republic of Mauritius. Nothing on the Website is directed at any person in a jurisdiction where its publication or availability would breach local law or regulation, or would require Okami to obtain a licence or registration it does not hold.
Applicants from other jurisdictions may be granted access to our services only once we are satisfied that doing so would not breach the laws of the jurisdiction in which they are resident, registered or domiciled, and after completing our client onboarding and due diligence under the Financial Intelligence and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2002 and related FSC requirements.
Some services, including private market and pre-IPO opportunities, are available only to clients who meet the relevant sophisticated, professional or qualified investor criteria and our suitability assessment.
4. No offer and no advice.
The Website provides general information about Okami, our services and financial matters that may interest you. It is not an offer, invitation or solicitation to buy or sell any security or financial product, or to enter into any investment agreement, and it is not an advertisement for any fund in a country where that fund is not registered for sale.
Nothing on the Website constitutes financial, investment, accounting, tax, legal or other professional advice, or a personal recommendation. Before taking any decision that may affect your finances or business, you should seek advice from a suitably qualified professional. Any service we provide is governed solely by the client agreement and documentation issued to you after onboarding.
5. Intellectual property.
The Website and its content, including text, research, graphics, logos, the Okami name and mark, page design, software and the compilation and arrangement of that content, belong to Okami or its licensors and are protected by the Copyright Act 2014 of Mauritius, the Industrial Property Act 2019 and international treaties.
Trademarks that do not belong to Okami and that appear on the Website are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to or sponsored by Okami.
6. How you may use the Website.
You may view, print or download extracts from the Website for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep all copyright and proprietary notices. You must not:
- reproduce, republish, store in another website or retrieval system, or distribute any part of the Website without our prior written permission;

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices or any changes to them. A link does not imply our endorsement. We reserve the right to refuse access to the Website from third-party websites via hyperlinks.
8. Accuracy and availability.
We take reasonable care to keep the Website accurate and up to date, but we give no express or implied warranty as to its accuracy, completeness or timeliness. The Website may contain technical or typographical errors, and we encourage you to contact us to confirm any information before relying on it. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Website without notice and do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses.

Personal data you provide through the Website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Data Protection Act 2017.
10. Limitation of liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Mauritius, neither Okami nor its directors, shareholders, officers, employees, agents, consultants or representatives will be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive loss or damage, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, arising from your use of or inability to use the Website or any information on it, including loss caused by system malfunction, third-party systems, unauthorised access to or theft of data, or computer viruses.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of Mauritius, or any duty or liability we owe to clients under the Securities Act 2005, the Financial Services Act 2007 or the terms of a client agreement.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising from them or from your use of the Website, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius.
